Construction complete on major distribution facility for Martin Brower

Salta Properties has officially completed a purpose designed and built industrial warehouse for Martin Brower ANZ, a leading supply chain solutions provider for restaurants around Australia, at its burgeoning Nexus Dandenong South Industrial Estate.

$80.5 million Warehouse Complete

Delivered by construction partner Builtwise Constructions, this newly completed warehouse at 129 Portlink Drive, totals over 32,000 sqm of GLA and is split into three tenancies which will be occupied by Pac Trading, Highgrove Bathrooms and Kings Group.

Construction progressing on 66 Portlink Drive

Salta Properties has officially commenced construction on the specialist industrial warehouse facility for Martin Brower ANZ, a leading supply chain solutions provider for restaurant chains around Australia, at its expanding Nexus Dandenong South industrial estate.

Martin Brower has pre-committed to 666sqm of office space and 10,076sqm sqm of custom warehousing on a 15-year lease term.

The project will be Salta’s first 5 Star certified Green Star industrial development with considerable solar installation.

New Warehouse for JL Transport Complete

Located at 740 Taylors Road, Dandenong South, this purpose-built facility including a 4,500sqm warehouse and 9,500sqm hardstand has been delivered by Mainbrace Construction.

Two Pocket Park public reserves are now open at Portlink Drive in the Nexus Dandenong South Estate.

The reserve at 63 Portlink Drive includes an electric BBQ, picnic table, water fountain platform bench and shelter and is available for use by tenants and guests to the Estate. A second reserve at 49 Portlink Drive includes landscaping and platform benches.

These spaces provide much needed functional open space for outdoor meetings, lunch breaks and space away from the workplace to take a break.

Inland port rail network

Salta Properties and the Victorian Government have signed a landmark agreement to develop the Dandenong South Intermodal Terminal and Inland Port Rail Network. The development is underpinned by a joint $28 million investment from the federal and state government.
